We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who has experience in Overseas (bulk) recruitment operational experience.Note: Must have an overseas Operational Experience with a Manpower agency˙Salary Range: AED 4500 + IncMust have a strong background in overseas operations.Experience in strategic decision-making and service delivery to meet ambitious client requirements.Ability to lead and get the best from remote teamsFlexibility to travel regularlyMust be a champion of the overseas industry.Excellent communication skillsOversee the efficiency of operational processesMonitor and report on overseas operational performancesAct as the ME point of contact for Global teamsAct as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the Business, building cross-functional relationships as needed.Requirements:- 1 + years of proven work experience in the handling bulk recruitment operations- Strong negotiation skills- UAE Drivers License is required
