Job Description

  • Implementing all the tasks assigned by the Sales Manager for pre and post sales coordination
  • Managing calls and handling the new & existing customers and from sister companies
  • Sending emails, WhatsApp, SMS assigned by Sales Manager, Accountant and HR to the concerned people
  • Helping in organizing and making the necessary preparation in the warehouse including inventory checks
  • Assisting the Accounts &/or HR & Admin department in charge for any tasks assigned or requested by him for the department
  • Attending and be presented at any exhibition and/or Fair once required including travel if needed
  • Pre and post arrangement for all tasks and requirements for the exhibition and Fair.
