Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exhibition Stand Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Exhibition Stand Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the sale of exhibition stands to clients. This position requires exceptional sales skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the exhibition industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed exhibition stand sales targets.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize their exhibition presence.
  4. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and preferences. Recommend suitable exhibition stand options and upsell additional services.
  5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare persuasive proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Ensure terms and conditions are favorable and in line with company policies.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure the successful execution of exhibition stands, considering client requirements and budgetary constraints.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Identify opportunities for business development and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.
  9. Attend Exhibitions: Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows to network with potential clients, showcase our services, and generate leads.
