The OM has responsibilities in the following areas: Operation Management Quality Control Country Management F&B Development Learning & Training Other responsibilities Main duties Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Icons that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the organization; Responsible for driving the organization to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives; Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes; The OM will be strategically responsible for location evaluation and identifying new growth opportunities and endorsing investments in new outlets; The OM will review all applications from potential franchisees strategically and shall provide feedback regarding the suitability of granting a franchise and adding the franchisee to Icons? network; Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of Icons; Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Organization to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives; Lead product optimizations and new developments to innovate and excite the customers on an ongoing basis Evaluate store assessments, assist in store trainings and implement fast actions to assure quality is up to the standardsRepresent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
