Job Description

About the Job:We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operation Executive ? Sales Support & Stock Management in Dubai. Reporting to the Hub Operations Manager, you will support the Toyota Sales Division in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through sales support and stock management activities for 14 Sales locations.Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Discount Updates Process and Pricing Audits
  • Assist Sales and Operations teams with regards to GRC & EIT related processes for authorizations and troubleshooting
  • Managing Sales Campaign Activities (Rewards Cards, Managers Special, etc.)
  • Responsible for POs for purchased vehicles & workshop related jobs
  • Stock Planning & Order Management -Analyzing the sales plan & target and ordering the right article mix to achieve the budget
  • Provide details of requirements for Vehicle Ordering
  • Demo to Used Car Conversions as per Appraisals received
  • Management of all approvals (For e.g. GIAMS, pricing approvals, etc)
  • Reporting Generating & Publishing Reports - (Forecasts, SML, Daily sales, Lost sales, ZVTK, IND, DNI, stock and arrivals, etc.)
  • Track & Update FOC/L4 Report
