Job Description

In accordance its business development strategy APEC Dubai is opening a vacancy for an Operations Director in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Manager who will be responsible forthe operational work of the division. APEC Dubai is a reliable supplier of original auto parts. The company cooperates with theworlds leading manufacturers of auto parts. Our warehouses always have more than 35 millionitems in stock, and their range is regularly replenished. Our clients are partners interested in purchasing auto parts in bulk at low prices. Your tasks:

  • Allocation of unit staff
  • Identifying weak areas in activities, determining the causes of their occurrence and finding ways to eliminate them
  • Development of interaction schemes with company employees (motivation system, work organization implementation of standards);
  • Identification of existing problems, search for solutions to eliminate them
  • Organization of work activities of all departments and divisions of the company;
  • Execution of tasks from representatives of higher positions;
  • Fulfillment of the tasks and plans of the unit;
  • Quality control of main business processes;
