Responsibility:??Handle full set air import / export documents and shipments including booking with airlines & co-loaders, coordinate with warehouse and subcontractor??Monitor Air flight & shipments status??Handle daily shipment data collection, operations related enquiries and correspondence??Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow-up??Data entry in ExcelRequirements??At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in air freight forwarder is a must.??Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin??Proficient in MS office, including Excel and Word??Candidates with more experience will be considered for post of Senior Operation Clerk.
