OPD NurseJob Location : UAEMinimum Qualification & Experience:?Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of a minimum duration of three (3) years or Bachelor degree in Nursing.?Current valid registration in country of training and or country of last employment Desirable.?4-5 years of experience in a hospital set - up .Duties/Responsibilities:?Responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of a program of care which is evidence based utilizing all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the patient, family, cares and significant others.?Ensuring that all patients and their families feel cared for and cared about.?Organize own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients are met.?Maintain patient records in line with Hospital guidelines for records and record keeping.?Work within the Health & Safety Guidelines and Procedures.?Empower patients to take responsibility for their health, well-being and future lifestyle by practicing in an open transparent and inclusive manner, thereby ensuring patients have the relevant information to participate in decisions about their care.?Assists in reviewing and developing new policies and procedures.?Assist less experienced colleagues in planning, priority setting and decision making to ensure that they meet patients needs.
