  • Check the project details thoroughly, then ensure understanding and accuracy before the project starts.
  • Coordinate with the client regarding the arrival of the team at the site, ensuring clear communication.
  • Responsible to go to sites and upon reaching the site, inspect and verify all details of the project, allocating doors and materials in their respective location.
  • Identify and report any existing damage or issues in the property, monitor˙safety and cleanliness, and lead the team to follow the SOP throughout the project duration.
  • Ensure that the team meets set timelines and targets for completion of tasks.
