Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented to driven Online Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies, exceptional customer service, and strong sales acumen! Handling online sales through META (Facebook / Instagram / Website / Walkin) with chatting, calling, media sharing with customers as per the desired requirement till mature sale into final invoice. Must have ability to take the responsibility for all commitments with clients till the invoice will have been finally closed.

  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
