Job Description

PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is expanding its sales team and is looking for a professional online sales expert. If you are a motivated individual with strong online sales skills and a passion for working in an international environment, we eagerly await your applications!Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and responding to customer inquiries via the website and social media platforms.
  2. Providing consultation and information about products.
  3. Registering and following up on customer orders.
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.
  5. Daily reporting on sales and activities.
  6. Establishing effective communication and offering tailored solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  7. Following up with potential customers and converting them into loyal clients.
  8. Preparing and organizing sales reports and analyzing market data.
  9. Attending exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services.
  10. Recording customer information in the CRM system.
Required Skills:
  1. A minimum of a bachelor?s degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience in online sales and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  3. Work experience in sales, preferably in tourism, event planning, or business development consulting.
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
