Job Description

Overview of the role:The job holder is responsible for merchandising and trading across the M&S Ecommerce platforms and 3rd Parties to drive trade and experience across Clothing, Home, Beauty & Food. The job holder will also be accountable for delivering market leading customer experience and support the Senior Online Merchandiser in developing and executing M&S standards. What you will do: -Description of Accountability:

  • Monitor web analytics as per principal guidelines.
  • Incorporate Best Practices online to ensure online to offline flow.
  • Manages Online Merchandising ? Category Listing
  • Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers.
  • Manage promotion execution on the platform.
  • Building strong relationship with internal and external teams, especially the Buying and other brand teams
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Website audits for ensuring the website is up to date with the latest products and promotions.
