Job Description

Purpose:ÿEnd to End Management of Trading and merchandising Operations and Strategies to reach Sandro/Maje/Ted Baker Ecom Revenue target and associated KPIs (Forecast, Revenues, Merchandising, Content, Website trading & merchandising related KPIs).Assortment management:

  • Define the Ecommerce Master assortment with the planning & master data team
  • Ensure proper stock levels for ecom sales and promotions
  • Prepare sales forecasts at Category, Brand and SKU level in alignment with planning
ÿMerchandising:
  • Data driven product merchandising for Homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages
  • Price monitoring
  • Availability based on forecasts and Ecom NOOS catalogue
  • Product data sanity (title, descriptions, content, prices), availability
  • Product Life Cycle
  • New product launches, end of life products and product substitution process
ÿWebsite animation & updates:ÿWorking closely with the Buying Team, to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans- Homepage, Category / Campaigns & Brand landing pages updates- Calendar promotions, and campaigns management- USPs highlightÿWebsite maintenance:
  • Static pages maintenance: About us, Terms & condition, Store locator etc..
  • Content
  • Apply the SKUs naming conventionÿ
  • Optimize content (descriptions, images etc..)
Drive on site performance:
  • Look for data driven improvement opportunities such as Design changes through A/B testing, Site search, customer journey to conversion
  • Use VOC to enhance the product and optimize the on site experience
ÿOverall Ecommerce improvements linked to trading:
  • Post purchase experience (Last mile), return & refund process, customer feedback
