Job Description

HSE Head ? Oil & Gas (EPC)Location: GCCIndustry: Oil & GasJob Summary:We are seeking an HSE Head to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects in the GCC. The role requires developing and enforcing safety policies, ensuring compliance with international and GCC regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture at all project sites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws, environmental policies, and client safety standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and emergency response planning.
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
  • Provide HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor?s/Master?s in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC HSE laws, incident reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in HSE compliance, audits, and behavioral safety programs.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
