-Directly promote sound Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management inall activities associated with this role and promote the use of the CompanyBehavioural Program.-Ensure effective offshore co-ordination with Operations, A&OIA, Maintenancegroups and the inspection contractors.-Undertake planned inspections, opportunity inspections and anomaly / failureinvestigations of process plant, vessels, pipework and structures to supportenhancement of the asset integrity assurance programs.-Report inspection findings, provide specialist support and liaise betweengroups regarding definition of Quality Plans for remedial works required.-Ensure remedial works are undertaken, inspected and reported in accordancewith agreed Quality Plans.-Focal point for advising offshore Operations / Maintenance regardingapplication and suitability of temporary repairs on pipework and pressurevessels.-Develop inspection scope of work, provide offshore performance managementof Inspection Contractor(s) with ongoing review and periodic audit of personnelcompetency and inspection activities undertaken for compliance withprocedures.-Issue daily reporting of inspection / integrity activities and participate to themorning integrity meeting with the Asset Integrity Manager and the relevantDiscipline Integrity Engineers.-Support Operations in preparation for acceptance of Maintenance / Projectworks offshore by witnessing key inspections / tests and review forcompleteness of plant inspection and certification dossiers prior tocommissioning and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
