Our team of administrative professionals is looking for an office manager to collaborate and support the operations of our offices. Ready to join the team?Duties and responsibilities:

  • support the document turnover, manage incoming and outgoing post;
  • cooperate with courier services;
  • communicate with local authorities and organizations on daily company issues;
  • assist the team in processing visas, insurance, etc.;
  • control office comfort and supply;
  • order stationery, water and other items necessary for the comfortable work in the office;
  • order services (if necessary);
  • provide administrative support of the office and assist in organizational matters;
  • receive phone calls;
  • provide travel support: book plane tickets and hotels (if necessary);
  • make sure work places for new workers are equipped;
  • provide administrative support of the company director.
