Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specialised in Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).TasksWithin the agency, your role will be to :? Meet and greet prospects and clients from the front desk to the sales lounge ;? Receive, open, read and send email and report to the corresponding services ;? Ensure incoming calls, route or report to the relevant person ;? Plan maintenance services on the premises (cleaning team, food, beverage, etc.) ;? Prepare materials to support group meetings (printing of documents/files to bestudied, provision of pens or water bottles, etc.) ;? Organise customer events in collaboration with department heads ;?
