  • Set as main office point of contact for help or all-around staff
  • Greet office visitors, serve water and provide assistance as required
  • Make and serve beverages and snacks during meetings, for staff and visitors then restocking pantry supplies and other purchased items
  • Clean desks, chairs, tables within office premises
  • Keep and maintain files and equipment in an organized manner such as seating, electrical assets like speaker, projector, speaker, telephone etc
