Office Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the office. Maintain office supplies and equipment, order supplies when necessary. Arrange for maintenance and repair as needed.
Communication and Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Answer inquiries and provide information to callers and visitors. Handle basic customer service inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Filing and Documentation: Organize and file important documents and records. Retrieve and provide documents as needed. Assist in managing the flow of information within the office.
