Description:A Reputed company in Dubai looking for experienced Female Office AssistantThis job is offered only for candidates who are available to join immediately and having the Experience in the same field is an added value.Requirements: -. Must be customer focused and understand how to deliver good customer experience.. A friendly nature, positive outlook and great interpersonal skills are essential.. Gender: Female. Nationality: Preferably Filipino/ Any Nationality. Language Skills: EnglishMajor Responsibilities: - . Keeps the offices neat and clean at all times. . Daily cleans the floors, desks, PCs, doors and other surfaces in office. . Allocates three extra hours a week for the full cleaning of the offices and the office equipment. The full cleaning must be done weekly by the Office Assistants on rotation basis during non-working hours. . Maintains the cleanness of the kitchens, the kitchen appliances and utensils.. Keeps all the glasses clean and empties the dust bins daily before leaving office.. Serves hot and cold beverages to visitors, senior managers and divisional managers and uphold guest hospitality.. Prepares the boardroom for meetings and cleans up the room following the meeting.. Available at all times when there is a meeting in order to serve second rounds of drinks.. Assists in the preparation and clean-up of all staff gatherings.. Makes photo copies and send faxes.. Collects and arranges the newspapers.. Cleans the office on off days.. Performs filing / registry duties as and when required by the Admin Manager
