-Accountable for overall efficiency of the product / operations and coordinate with Country Ocean Product development team.-Support relevant systems implementations for the Ocean Product and ensure proper updation as per internal system KPIS-Negotiating & sourcing competitive rates from various vendors (carriers, co-loaders, CHAs, transporters, AFFs-Define the road maps and strategies of the Ocean freight product according to global and regional strategies.-Ensure the growth of local market share for Ocean freight products, trade lanes and sector profitability, meet budget targets, customer satisfaction and identify value added projects.-Provide competitive rates and present product value proposition to Marketing and Sales according to Ocean freight strategies.-Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Sales for the development of the freight sales pipelines.-Provide excellent service standards by considering customer satisfaction results and constantly measuring all the relative KPIs, identifying and analyzing discrepancies and defining actions to cover the gaps.-Develop strong relationships with regional and global partners, including the negotiation of terms. Participate in deciding and evaluating the local provider with compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements.???
