Job Description

Salary:

  • ˙5k to 6k AED˙
Experience:
  • 3-4years˙
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Management and Technical oversight relating to OBM technical issues.
  • Report to the Service Manager of Workshop load, customer concerns, technician?s performance and other relevant matters to the role.
  • Carry out the quality control inspection
  • Asses the improvement of technician?s performance after they undergo training.
  • Attend customers concern and resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance to his team related to OBM technical issues.
  • Direct team in handling day to day problems and issues to operate efficiently and exceed customer needs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Perform other reasonable activities from time to time.
