Fulltime in-house nutritionist.Attend to walk- in clients and explain the product plans. Maintain records and health reports of all clients on board. Address all mail and correspondence by clients with respect to any changes in client information. Periodical follow up with the clients as per schedule to ensure their compliance and provide motivation where needed.Be the IntermediaryEnsure quality control of all food items (following guidelines from master handbook) and adherence to menu plan, recipes, and portion sizes. Represent the nutrition department of Organisation.Understand the product and the diet plan as designed by the core team. Address any nutrition related queries by referring to the Master Handbook and Client concerns.Represent the nutrition department/Brand in any promotion events conducted by the company. Help establish short and long-term goals.Research & CoordinationShould be able to make consolidated Monthly menus as per Brand guides. Work closely with the chef to achieve perfection in terms of Quality/Design for the menu.Should be well informed & must be able to do research for trending brands & Ingredients in the market whilst making the menu.Must calorie count the menu. Suggest toots and mediums to produce SOP/improvise & streamline processes.Should work closely with the fitness trainers to study the exercise plan on individual category of the clients. Must draw metabolism chart as per exercise & meal plan. Act as the final step for onboarding clients to programme.
