Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Academic Manager.
  • Review policies and procedures.
  • Review Health and Safety.
  • Inventory Ordering.
  • Review update an implement systems and procedures for the nursery to be run efficiently.
  • Raise the standards of teaching and learning in all nurseries.
  • Be pro-active.
  • Be able to provide Training and Development to Managers and staff alike.
  • Review: policies, procedures and best practises at the nursery.
  • Have solid knowledge of early years setting, HR, Admissions, Marketing.
  • Be data-driven and be able to deploy new measures to standardise the group as whole.
