Job Description

NURSE SUPERVISORPosition Title:Nurse SupervisorEmployment Type:FulltimeSalary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Clinical Diagnostics and Laboratory Services.

  • Assign patients to nurses, evaluate the nurse?s monthly performance as per KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards and report any instances of violation to the higher management
  • Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and confidentiality of client records
  • Inform patient?s family members about medical procedures and doctor?s instructions.
  • Train new joiner nurses for the Care of Newborn Babies, Elderly, Post-Operative, Pregnant Women, Special Needs, Pain Management, and General Medical Cases.
Qualifications:
  • Open to Asian or Arabic nationals
  • Female, 40 years and below
  • Should have at least 3 years? experience on the same role
  • Knowledgeable with Tracheotomy Care, Suctioning, Ventilating, and Rehabilitation
