Plan, manage and review technical contracts and services with the Cinemas ProgramManager.Manage, support and Rota the Cinemas Technical Team. Work with clients and partners to plan, manage and deliver events.Protect and enhance the MAF culture through management of direct reports to support the company mission.Role Details ? Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assisting the NOC team as well as all projection staff with any operational issues with regard to content, KDM?s and supplementary packages.
• Ensure that any faults are corrected in the shortest possible period.
• Manage to direct any fault to the correct member of the technical team or external service provider.
• Assist the marketing, programming and advertising departments with data entry relating to all schedules.
• Be responsible for monitoring of our network operations systems during operating hours of our business.
• Assist with any updates to hardware in the field by way of database entry and DCRF updates
• Manage and update asset map as required.
• Access and direct logs from the upload portal for review and investigation by equipment manufacturers.
• To prepare the weekly program in each cinema (trailer list, ADS)
• Use automation cues, monitor and check schedules, conduct a routine check up to all servers, logs all the issue that encounter and verify the error.
• Document and track issues to meet SLA requirements and escalate, if necessary
• Produce and update knowledgebase documentation.

Monitor network status and provide support for issues related to the network infrastructure, hardware and applications.Definition of Success

• Minimum knowledge in network configuration.
• Flexibility of schedule (NOC has 3 shifting schedule)
• Must be capable of configuring and maintaining digital cinema systems and computer networks.
• Experience with all types of digital hardware
• Hands on experience with Digital cinema equipment
• Able to initiate repairs and give advice within their area of responsibility
• Strong knowledge of DCI standards, Digital cinema media and all related security components
• Must be an excellent communicator.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.

Minimum experience

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years hands on experience with Digital Cinema hardware and audio systems (Projectors, servers and network components)
• Strong knowledge of cinema operations with a minimum of 5 years in the projection department

Minimum Qualifications/educationSound Electronics skills and knowledge of Digital projection and Audio systems.Strong skills in computer operating systems, network system integration and Theatre management systems
