NOC AnalystJob Location : UAEDuties and Responsibilities:?Proactively monitor company?s Network and IT infrastructure and continuously maintain, automate, and tune monitoring and reporting platforms.?Timely respond to all alerts, incidents, and outages, and perform necessary isolation and L1 troubleshooting?Categorize issues and escalate to appropriate team where necessary?Generate and analyse performance reports, for various systems and highlight trends and anomalies to assist higher tier engineers to perform preventive measuresTechnical Skills:?Thorough understanding and experience in key network monitoring and logging protocols, including but not limited to SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog , WMI.?Solid understanding in Enterprise Network infrastructure and services?Experience in troubleshooting WAN technologies, including, SD-WAN, MPLS, IPSEC Tunnels?Solid understating in Network and servers operating systems, including ArubaOS-CX, Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Windows server, Linux?Thorough understanding and experience in wireless platforms preferably in Aruba
