? Role PurposeTo oversee the hotel’s night operations, combining front desk duties with financial auditing to ensure smooth guest experiences and accurate reporting of daily revenue.? Key Responsibilities- Guest Services- Handle late check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.- Provide concierge assistance, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.- Monitor lobby and public areas for safety and cleanliness.- Financial Auditing- Balance and reconcile daily transactions from front desk, F&B outlets, and other revenue centers.- Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management.- Verify cash deposits, credit card charges, and room charges.- Operations & Security- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures during night operations.- Conduct property walks to maintain safety and security.- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent overnight requests.- Reporting- Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports.- Highlight discrepancies and escalate issues to the Finance or Front Office Manager.✅ Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, accounting, or related field.- Experience: 1–2 years in front office or accounting roles, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels.- Skills:- Strong numerical and analytical ability.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.– Preferably available in UAE and can join with short notice or immediately.– Any nationality.– Must have experience in the hospitality field (home country or in UAE).
