Job Description

Svyazi Communications Agency is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented New Business Director.We offer two options for long-term collaboration: full-time employment with a 3-month probation period or working as a sales agent with a good percentage for clients you bring in.Since 2017, we have been specializing in creative services including graphic and web design, as well as creation animated and CGI videos. Our clients are located in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and the CIS countries, and come from various industries, including manufacturing, IT, finance, services, and automotive sectors. Responsibilities:

  • Main task: finding and attracting new clients.
  • Conducting outbound emails/calls to potential clients.
  • Testing new sales channels.
  • Conducting initial meetings with clients and agreeing on project work.
  • Searching for tenders and other opportunities for agency development.
You are our candidate if:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • You have your own client base to which you can offer our projects.
  • You can independently plan your workload and take responsibility for the results.
  • You are currently working in another agency that does not provide the services we offer, but your clients are interested in them (cross-sales). We are open to considering the possibility of cooperation.
What We Offer:
  • For full-time employees: a salary to be agreed individually, as well as bonuses for each attracted project after the 3-month probation period.
  • For sales agents: we are ready to offer up to 20% of the project cost. Your income is not limited; it all depends on how many projects you bring in.
  • Regular payments: twice a month for full-time employees and after the client signs the service acceptance act for sales agents.
  • Client deals: consulting, briefing, defense, and project implementation are on our side, and your task is to introduce us to the right client.
  • Work format: remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible schedule. Communication with us via email and Zoom calls.
  • The vacancy allows for the possibility of freelance and part-time work.
