Duration: 6 MonthsJOB PURPOSETo monitor and manage Network and Security Administration tasks ensuring high degree of availability and Network performance 1. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES? Juniper SRX Firewall Administration and management? Juniper MX Routers administration and management? Juniper QFX (VCF) Administration and management? Bluecoat Proxy Administration and Management.? Cisco Wireless controller Administration and Management.? F5 loads balancer Administration and Management.? Cisco GSS Administration and Management.? Bluecoat Packetshaper Administration and Management.? Netflow Analyzer Report Generation.? Cisco ISE Administration & Management? Capacity Planning? SIP(Service Improvement Plans)? Risk Assessment? Troubleshoot any network and security device or services break down issue till closure? Meeting with customer or vendor for any changes in production environment. or for any New Project in RTA.? Consulting on Network and Security for any enhancement in RTA or for New project? Operational support for Network ? performance, sizing, archiving, backups, logs & exception? Plan and execute Data Centre activities like network and security devices redundancy Drills.? Create all network documentation and updating with version control. and conduct quality check on other document which was created by GSMC or onsite engineer? Conduct internal network and security audits on monthly basis.? Vendor Management meeting for any project and related to operation. ? Best Practice Implementation on Network Domain and security domain.? Prepare and review all monthly reports in accordance with GSMC and onsite engineer and submit in time.? Operations Risk Monitoring, Mitigating and reporting monthly ? To comply to all audits both internal and external? Carry out the Upgrade of all the network and security devices as per the requirement.? Alert reduction? Escalated Incidents from L1 layer ? Mentoring GSMC offshore L1 team.? Forecasting on Licenses and timely renewals.? Asset Management specific to Network.? Identify & implement Service improvement Initiatives? Vendor Management3. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES (6 maximum)Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of:? Juniper and Cisco platforms? Security Devices such as Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper Firewalls? Bluecoat Proxy.? Packet Shaper.? Juniper Q Fabric & Virtual chassis Fabric4. COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS? Internal: Systems Team, Database team, Application owners, Project team and GSMC offshore teams.? External: Vendors on service delivery and Upgrade activities.5. FRAMEWORK, BOUNDARIES AND DECISION-MAKING? Recommendation of new solutions in Network and Security Domain.? Vendor SLA Management? Vendor selection on Network and Security domain related procurements.6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHands on experience and excellent knowledge of:? Juniper and Cisco platforms? Security Devices such as Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper? Bluecoat Proxy.? Packet Shaper.
