Shifts (24X7)Primary SkillsúExperience on NOC, BMC, App dynamics tool, Entuity, PRTG, Site24x7, Uptime Robot etc..Secondary SkillsúKnowledge of network technologies router, firewall, servers, etc.ÿThe NOC Lead owns the NOC service to oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management.Responsibilities:úRegular Meetings with Clients to ensure and Delivery obligations are being met (?what? we deliver)úProactively monitor backbone network and IT landscape and address issues that mayúarise.úTroubleshoot network outages and escalate as needed.úAdhere to defined quality guidelines for customer communication.úReview processes and recommend changes to improve the overall effectiveness/efficiencies.úCarry out other work as directed by senior members of the team.úEscalate issues to Supervisors/Managers/Tier2 & 3 level Network Engineers/other groups byúfollowing established SOPs.úUpdate the internal knowledge base with new solutions for support.úComply with the organization?s conventional guidelines, policies,úand processes.úMonitor breaches of service level agreements (SLAs).úUpdate the departments, teams or third-party providers on events progress.úAid team members by applying technical knowledge of operations and systems using server,úPCs, telephones, and emails.úDiagnose Issues within the IT landscape.úContinuously monitor systems through various tools.úTrack all Issues.úReport Incidents.úGenerate reports as required.úMaintain internal communication and escalation matrix.úAdd monitors to web monitoring tools and network monitoring tools.úApply system updates to Windows systems utilized by the DCC monitoring solutions.úUpdate and maintain all internal documents and trackers.úParticipate in war rooms for issue resolution.úJoin requested meetings.ÿ
