Technical Expertise: Possess experience and proficiency in collaboration and telephony technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Asterisk, CUCM, CUBE, MGCP, H.323, SIP, UCCX, CUP, and UCS. Design, configure, and maintain telephony systems, such as PBX and VoIP solutions. Manage SIP trunks, phone lines, and extensions. Implement Quality of Service (QoS) for voice traffic.Telephony Billing: Experience with telephony billing solutions to ensure accurate billing.Network Infrastructure: Familiarity with network switching, routing, and hands-on experience with Cisco SDWAN. Knowledge of network security, VPN, and NAC. Planning, indexing, and adjusting IP addresses database using IP address management and tracking system.
