Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Configuring and maintaining network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation.Collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders to identify and implement network improvements and upgrades.Implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.Providing technical support and assistance to end-users regarding network connectivity, access, and security.Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as ManageEngine.Strong knowledge of network security best practices and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, and experience managing virtualized environments.Experience with backup and recovery solutions, such as Veeam Backup & Replication.Proficiency in managing and securing cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft 365.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
