  • Lead and coach a team of salesmen and merchandisers to cover all the UAE trade channels
  • Manage and coach the sales teams to ensure a high quality of deliverables
  • Frequent visits with sales team and merchandisers to the market
  • Execute sales and trade marketing strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and follow on all negotiations with big retail chains in the UAE
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly the sales team KPIs
  • Insure on-time products delivery to customers, liaising with logistic manager
  • Track competition and market developments to proactively adapt the plans
  • Build professional long-term relationships with customers?
In this position the National sales manager will spend minimum 50% of his time in the field and will report directly to the GM
