Health Requirements- In good health and able to work without restrictions as evidenced by Health StatementDuties & Responsibilities:* Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review.* Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's Physician.* Preparing bottles for babies, changing diapers, bathing and care for feeding equipment* Dressing children appropriate to the child's activities* Supervising children's meals* Planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times* Reading to and with the children* Implementing daily routines* Make changes if necessary, in in-home nursing care as per physician?s orders.* Plan and implement nutrition-based diet plan for patients in consultation with physicians.* Perform other duties as assigned.
