Job Description

X Hair Lounge is a men?s salon that offers exclusive men?s care services such as hair care, skin care, and treatments at the utmost level of luxury. With 3 branches in Dubai, X Hair Lounge embodies a lux vision for mens care services that aim to match the standards of the high-end clientele of the mens fashion industry.For this role, were looking for a highly experienced female nail architect with a track record of previous experience in a luxury mens nail salon or beauty lounge. The perfect candidate speaks fluent English, is highly skillful at their craft, and boasts excellent customer service skills.The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Performing manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, including shaping, filing, and polishing nails, and cleaning, trimming, and grooming cuticles.
  • Examining clients nails and advising them on proper nail care and hygiene practices while identifying any nail disorders, infections, or abnormalities and recommending appropriate treatments or referrals to medical professionals, if necessary.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients by following strict sanitation and sterilization protocols by disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations, and complying with sanitary procedures of the lounge.
  • Consulting with clients to determine their nail care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes, and providing recommendations on suitable nail treatments and products based on their preferences, skin type, and lifestyle.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, products, and techniques and educating clients about different nail products and their benefits, while actively promoting and selling the lounges exclusive nail care products such as polishes, treatments, and accessories.
  • Providing excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied with their treatment by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, listening to their concerns, and promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Managing client appointments and maintaining accurate records of services provided, products used, and client preferences, keeping track of inventory levels, and assisting with ordering new supplies when needed.
  • Acting as the front-of-house and lounge receptionist by welcoming clients, taking appointments, preparing drinks, and handling the cash register during the salons rush hours.
