Mystery shopping is a tool that business owners use to understand customer service and control over cash transactions. As a mystery shopper, you may be required to purchase specific product / service. Your job would be to walk in as a customer and make a report of your overall transaction / experience while you are at the outlet or hotel. As a mystery shopper, you will be gauging customer service, staff?s knowledge of product & services and also test cash transactions. On completion, you will be required to submit details report within 24 hours of visit. In most of the cases, mystery shopping can be done on weekends or after office hours. Payment to mystery shoppers differs from project to project and is agreed in advance.ÿ
