Music TeacherJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Teach music theory, instrumental skills, and vocal training to students across assigned grade levels.•Develop and implement a music curriculum aligned with national or international standards (e.g., British, American, IB).•Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.•Organize school concerts, performances, and music-related events.•Encourage and facilitate student participation in extracurricular music activities.•Assess, record, and report on student progress in accordance with school policies.•Maintain and manage music resources and equipment.•Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.•Collaborate with other staff to integrate music with other subjects where applicable.•Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.Qualifications and Experience:•Bachelors degree in Music Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).•Teaching certification/license appropriate to the UAE (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).•Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.•Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.•Familiarity with curriculum frameworks such as British (IGCSE/A-Level), American (Common Core/AP), or IB is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:•Strong classroom management and communication skills.•Ability to inspire and engage students of all levels.•Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse educational setting.•Competency in using technology for instruction and assessment.•Creativity and a passion for music and education.Additional Information:•Competitive tax-free salary.•Annual airfare allowance.•Medical insurance.•End-of-service gratuity as per UAE labor law..
