Multi TechnicianJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards?Perform assigned daily maintenance jobs in HVAC, , painting, or handyman?Maintain all electrical, heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality?Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)?Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)?Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)?Ensure job is completed on time, customers are properly informed of the job details?Report to supervisor all issues, complaints, job status in a clear mannerSkills :?Proven experience as maintenance multi-technician?Basic knowledge of electrical, , HVAC, and other systems?Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods?Working understanding of common tools, appliances, and devices?Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
