This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Filipino lady to take on a diverse role encompassing online order management, website administration, customer service, and in-store responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:1- Online Order Management:

  • Handle and process online orders through various platforms, including Amazon and our company website.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and effective communication with customers.
2- Website Administration:
  • Maintain and update our company website with the latest products, promotions, and information.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the IT team if necessary.
3- In-Store Operations:
  • Assist walking customers with product inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
4- Social Media Management:
  • Manage and curate content for our Instagram and Facebook accounts to engage our online community.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
