Work collaboratively within the team Plan maintenance activities proactively as well as respond to emergency issues Ensure that all necessary spare parts, materials and equipment are available Investigate and establish causes of all breakdowns and damages Be proactive in ensuring good health and safety Complete all assigned general repairs and minor installations at properties in assigned region including but not limited to: Lock changes Painting and stucco works Shower installations and repairs Installation of wall hangings and light fixings Knowledge of HVAC Unit. Minor A/C system maintenance/repairs Door hanging Furniture assembly and removals Minor plumbing and electrical works and; Any other general maintenance duties
