Broker Solutions, a brand name of Online Fintech FZ LLC is looking for an Technical Support Assistant to join our growing team.The purpose of the role is to provide maintenance and support to the MetaTrader dedicated servers along with resolving the technical queries of the clients.The applicant shall have previous experience along with excellent technical and analytical skills.The applicant shall be a great team player with excellent observation skills and able to work under extreme pressure.The main responsibilities of the position include:Ensure the continuous operation and running of the MT4/MT5 servers/systemsSet up and maintain new and existing software and pluginsTroubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes and provide technical support for clientsMonitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & softwarePerform routine audits of the trading platform systems and softwarePerform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systemsWork closely with our external associates for resolving issues related to the trading platforms, systems and software
