The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property valuation methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. This role requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction, compliance, and delivering precise valuations in a timely manner.Responsibilities

  • Client Satisfaction:ÿPrioritize client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and meeting deadlines.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:ÿEnsure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

  • Strategic Planning:ÿContribute to the development of business plans, strategies, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Representation:ÿEffectively represent clients in negotiations, valuations tribunals, and other relevant proceedings.
  • Turnaround Time:ÿDeliver valuations within the shortest possible turnaround time without compromising quality.
  • Valuation Accuracy:ÿConduct precise and accurate valuations using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Customer Service:ÿProvide the highest quality customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Data and Information Management:ÿEfficiently manage and control data and information related to valuations.
  • Technology Advancement:ÿStay updated on the latest technological advancements in the valuation industry and leverage them to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • MRICS Valuations Pathway:ÿCompletion of the MRICS Valuations Pathway (essential)
  • Technical Expertise:ÿBachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen:ÿDegree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred)
  • Experience:ÿMinimum 5 years of experience in conducting valuations of residential properties, including land, apartments, villas, and building compounds.
  • Communication Skills:ÿExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills:ÿStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess property values accurately.
