Motion Graphic DesignerJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:•Conceptualizes, designs, and produces high-quality images, animations, and short-form videos that capture our brand identity and communicate messages effectively on social media.•Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content strategists, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.•Develops original graphics, motion graphics, and video content for social media, adhering to the latest design trends and platform best practices.•Takes projects from concept through to completion with a focus on brand consistency, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent quality control.•Stays updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, continuously improving the creative approach and execution.•Liaises with community and advertising teams to collect design performance feedback and implement required optimizations to maximize engagement.•Owns the archiving process of all creative assets, components, and final designs, ensuring seamless access to all stakeholders.Qualifications & requirements:•Bachelors degree in graphic design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.•5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation and social media content.•Proficiency in design and animation software (Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).•Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and storytelling for social media platforms with a focus on driving engagement.•Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to translate these into visually compelling content.•Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills:•Basic knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.•Experience in photography or videography is advantageous.
