Motion Graphic DesignerJob Location : UAE:?Assist the Marketing Manager team to create compelling visual content for promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.?Conceptualize, design, and animate engaging and visually stunning motion graphics for our lifestyle dining division.?Developing proposals, desktop publishing, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing / franchise activities.?Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials.?Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.?Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, and operations, to bring creative visions to life and meet project goals.?Takes part in the preparation of the yearly events calendar.?Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.Ideal Candidate:?Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent?Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role from F&B or hospitality background, motion design experience is a must!?Must be creative, innovative, and a keen eye for design?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills?Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools, and Microsoft Office.?Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions?Highly cooperative team spirit and ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.?Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative?Can work in multiple projects and fast-paced environment
