We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms.The Role: ThinkMarkets is seeking Motion and Video Designer who demonstrates a passion for visual production, creative thinking and storytelling. You will help to shape our brand creative vision across digital, web, video and communications. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for articulating the visual vision for the brand. You will help in setting the art direction, working alongside our UX/UI & marketing designers to elevate our brand positioning and ensure consistency in every execution online or off. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing and customer facing channels deliver the highest quality of work that positions ThinkMarkets as a clear leader in the fintech trading sector. Success will be measured in consistency in approach and improvements in customer and prospect engagement.Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging videos, infographics that support the ThinkMarkets brand and the overall communication objectives.
• Manage all stages of video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distribution, and archiving.
• Set up, manage, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones for location and studio production.
• Ability to edit and enhance photographs, stock images and videos using current industry software for optimum results for print, web, and other mediums in a timely manner.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and relevant software.
• Serve as an in-house expert and the lead creator for video and motion graphics projects?from small social media and website animations to full scripted animated videos.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with project team members, bringing creative insights to the already developed scripts and storyboards.
• Quickly clarify and incorporate all feedback to keep projects moving forward.
• Partner with Project Managers and Art Directors to balance design solutions with budget and timeline limitations.
• Brainstorm and provide design ideation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in video/motion graphics design.
• Expert understanding of motion best practices and design principles.
• Expert-level knowledge of design and video software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Strong understanding of how audio, motion, and raw video can come together to tell a compelling story.
• Portfolio of creativity leading to brand and/or business successes.
• Proficiency in motion designing across all digital channels (mobile, web, email, video/social, digital)
• Experience working within financial services or trading is highly desirable.
• Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
• Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices ? especially mobile.
• Self-starter, independent thinker, highly responsible.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
