Job Description

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be dedicated and passionate about Montessori early childhood education
  • Able to speak English fluently and clearly
  • Minimum of 2 years - experience in a similar setting with similar age group
  • Preferably qualified Montessori Level 3 and bachelor?s degree in early childhood education
The Class Teacher / Directress is responsible for:
  • Implementing the FPM educational programme to children under her care according to the Montessori method and vision & mission of FPM ECC
  • Assessment of learning & progress (individual & group)
  • Preparing the learning environment
  • Class management
  • Promoting Positive Relationships & Well Being; carefully and actively monitoring the welfare and holistic development of every child
  • Following the Center policies and procedures to ensure children?s physical and emotional safety at all times
  • Safeguarding & daily risk assessment
  • Self - Directed Continual Professional Development
