Mobile Technical LeadJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Design, #develop, and #deploy cross-platform mobile apps using #React #Native or #Flutter•Build user-friendly, responsive web interfaces with React.js•Develop backend services using Node.js / .NET Core / Java and create robust REST/GraphQL APIs•Architect end-to-end scalable and secure solutions integrating frontend, backend, and third-party systems•Implement modern UI/UX using CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles•Integrate applications with #enterprise systems, #cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and APIs•Ensure quality through unit, #integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Appium)•Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps•Lead and mentor mobile and full-stack development teams•Act as the primary technical contact for clients—requirements, updates, demos, and PoCs•Deliver client training, documentation, and solution presentationsRequired Skills & Qualifications :•9+ years in full stack development•4+ years in mobile app development (React Native / Flutter)•Strong expertise in React.js, state management (Redux/Context API)•Backend development using Node.js, .NET #Core, or #Java•Hands-on experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks, UI/UX best practices•Cloud & DevOps exposure – Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins•Database experience – SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks•Experience with testing tools – Appium, Detox, Jest, Cypress•Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR knowledge is a plus)•Added advantage: Knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Vue.js, Angular
