  • Develop and create unique and innovative cocktails that complement the restaurants cuisine
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management and culinary team to design and update the cocktail menu
  • Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including classic cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that pair well with their chosen dishes, providing personalized and exceptional service.
  • Manage and ensure proper stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and barware are maintained.
