Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)? Collaborate with developers, finance, recruitment, operations and others as required to provide technical direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new functionalities and features in Microsoft Dynamics.? provide technical direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new functionalities and features in Microsoft Dynamics.? Insure project implementation plan is followed and deliverables are provided on time? Use cases preparation and documentation for xRM implementation? Lead test phases with key users and users, reporting to Project Manager and IT manager of any findings, adjustments, propose solutions to align xRM to internal processes, or internal processes to xRM, issue documentation? Training of final users, Users guide update and creation? Daily support to users, provide recommendation, advice, guidance? Coordinate with end users and key users for xRM system issues and change requests gathering and documentation? Assist End users in testing the new deliverables? Experience on Configurations, developing, Data Integration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics and Sharepoint? Proficient in doing Entity customization, Form customization and View customization.? Proficient with MS-CRM, Sales, Marketing, Service & Filed Service modules.? Understanding on MSCRM security model and business units.? Manage Security roles, Business units, Team, Field security profiles.? Hands on experience in extending CRM functionality using business process flows, back ground and real time work flows, Dialogs.? Experience on MICROSOFT SSRS Reports & SS Integrations Services, Sharepoint? Experience in Microsoft technologies C# .NET? CRM integration with Navision, Power BI Tool, Document CorePack? Proficient in configuring Charts, Dashboards, Reports.
